1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the phmines website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account with phmines, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered through the Platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

phmines reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date noted at the top. 2 Eligibility

To register and use the phmines Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phmines, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the phmines Platform or any other gaming platform operated by phmines or its affiliates.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. phmines reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if you are found to be ineligible.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the phmines Platform, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active phmines account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phmines login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. phmines will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Identity Verification (KYC): phmines may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including submission of a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your phmines account at any time by contacting our support team. Outstanding bonus balances may be forfeited upon voluntary account closure, subject to applicable bonus terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

phmines supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱):

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

The following general rules apply to all financial transactions on the phmines Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of withdrawal request.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• phmines reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and may request supporting documentation before processing withdrawals.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. phmines aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed faster.
• phmines is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

phmines offers various bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phmines reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses have validity periods. Any bonus balance not used within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in cancellation of all active bonuses.
• phmines reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the phmines Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

The following general gameplay rules apply across all phmines games:

• All game outcomes on phmines are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game outcomes conducted by trained dealers under controlled conditions.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phmines will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, phmines cannot guarantee the continuation of any interrupted game session and reserves the right to void affected rounds where necessary.
• Bets placed and accepted by the phmines system are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player after the game round has commenced.
• phmines reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or any other irregularity that may have affected the integrity of the game outcome.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phmines Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with phmines.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the phmines Platform, software, or games.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phmines staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts in violation of the one-account-per-person rule.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the phmines Platform — including but not limited to the phmines brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of phmines or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phmines Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phmines content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any phmines content.
• Use any phmines trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.

Any unauthorised use of phmines intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by phmines.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

phmines is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the phmines Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an account with phmines, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

10 Responsible Gaming

phmines is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set period of time.

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or service interruptions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any delay, interruption, or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond phmines's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

The phmines Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phmines makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phmines's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

phmines reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable game rules or promotional terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Conduct that phmines reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players or staff.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure or termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and phmines, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. phmines will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution of the dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent phmines from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
